Fondant was established in the fall of 2006 to help address serious shortcomings in the Food and Beverage industry operational data acquisition and quality. As a group, Fondant's founders were experienced restaurant IT personnel with an understanding of the importance that information played in their daily lives. Yet most data capturing and delivery solutions did not meet the needs of a restaurant operation. So with experience and a vision in hand, the founders set out to develop software that would allow them to deliver high impact, low cost data delivery solutions.
With this vision in mind, Fondant has been delivering custom and out of the box solutions to help restaurants address specific operational needs, whether it is a gift card analysis or a "VIP" tracking system, Fondant has been able to deliver on its promise of quality solutions that help companies operate more efficiently and profitably.
